That’s why these ornaments take the shape of fruits from the centenary trees that make up the unique Galician landscapes. That´s how these ornaments try to evoke the nature spirit at every home. CHESTNUT At this time of the year it is a tradition that the apalpador brings chestnuts to the children and check if they ate enough during the year. This fruit is protected by a layer of thorns before being detached from the chestnut.
